How does your pricing and estimate process work?

We calculate our masonry and wall projects by the foot length. While the physical materials themselves can be straightforward to source, the primary investment reflects the skilled, heavy labor required. Our dedicated foremen and laborers take on the demanding, grueling physical work that most people want to avoid, guaranteeing top-notch structural integrity.

Do you supply the materials like rock and tile?

We provide the specialized skilled crew and foremen to carry out the build according to your specifications. Materials such as rocks, tiles, and concrete are sourced from various trusted local suppliers. The homeowner pays a flat rate from my estimate everything should be concluded alongside our labor hours for building the project.

How long will a typical masonry or rock wall project take?

The timeline depends on the linear footage, ground slope, and overall complexity of your site. During our initial consultation and site review, we outline expected labor hours and completion windows so you know what to anticipate from start to finish. Add on that's not in the contact will be add on the final payment If a deadline is brought to my attention and doesn't meet our time frame then it would only cost more. Keep in mind it's hard work and we are humans too not a robot. We have life's to home too we love what we do but we have family that needs us at home... 

Do I need to handle permits for rock walls or retaining walls?
